Personal Trainer Vs Coach


It’s back to school week, at least for many of us down here in Florida, home to the wild yet beloved #FloridaMan and wild but not so beloved #bannedbooks. 

(P.S. Just know there are a lot of us down here fighting the good fight still people!)

My sister made a great comparison between personal trainer and life coach this week. With personal training, often we know what we are supposed to do. We know about cardio and weights and healthy eating. But do we do them all? Nah. Sometimes, we need an accountability partner, an expert, someone who provides focus and 1:1 attention on our weak spots. Just as a personal trainer can catch poor form and prevent poor habits, a coach can catch our limiting beliefs and allow us to exceed even our own expectations.
