Stop Racing Against Time

The Final Step to Time Freedom You’ve Been Missing: Navigate & Create Sustainable Success

Do you feel like you’re constantly racing against time without making real progress? Welcome to the last and final stage of the ALIGN method. It’s here where my clients learn to navigate daily life and create sustainable success.

Here is where we:

  • Transform daily chaos into calm confidence with routines that actually work for your life.
  • Establish energizing habits that keep you moving forward, even when life gets messy.

This is where real, lasting change takes root. (Want more info about the previous steps: click here and scroll on through!)

From Chaos to Calm Confidence

Life doesn’t have to be a constant race against the clock. You are able to replace daily chaos with calm confidence and purposeful living. This isn’t about perfect productivity or rigid routines that feel like prison. It’s about creating a life mosaic where each piece—work, relationships, self-care, joy—gets its rightful place.

As the wisdom from “Happier Hour” reminds us: “Viewing your time as a mosaic helps clarify that a singular hour isn’t a verdict on your values—or your life. A singular hour doesn’t define who you are. It’s the combination of hours that represents all that you value and all the dimensions of yourself. It’s possible to have multiple priorities, multiple sources of joy.”

Staying on Course

Part of the navigation process also is recognizing when you start to steer off path. And let’s be honest, it’s easy to get derailed by the next “shiny” thing—whether it’s a job promotion or wanting to help family or your community. Sometimes, these are things that align with where we want to go, but sometimes, they are simply steering us off course. It’s about learning this for yourself, catching it sooner in the process and hopping back on course.

Consider the “1 in 60 Rule.” Simply put, the rule is that for every 1° you are off course, you will end up being 1 mile off course after traveling 60 miles. Consequently, getting just 1° off course at the start will result in you becoming farther off course the longer you travel. Just like an airplane journey, small deviations in your daily habits can lead you far from your intended destination over time.

“Think about taking a trip on an airplane. Before taking off, the pilot has a very clear destination in mind, which hopefully coincides with yours, and a flight plan to get there. The plane takes off at the appointed hour toward that predetermined destination. But in fact, the plane is off course at least 90 percent of the time. Weather conditions, turbulence, and other factors cause it to get off track. However, feedback is given to the pilot constantly, who then makes course corrections and keeps coming back to the exact flight plan, bringing the plane back on course. And often, the plane arrives at the destination on time. It’s amazing. Think of it. Leaving on time, arriving on time, but off course 90 percent of the time. If you can create this image of an airplane, a destination, and a flight plan in your mind, then you understand the purpose of a personal mission statement. It is the picture of where you want to end up—that is, your destination is the values you want to live your life by. Even if you are off course much or most of the time but still hang on to your sense of hope and your vision, you will eventually arrive at your destination. You will arrive at your destination and usually on time. That’s the whole point—we just get back on course.

Your Personal Navigation System

So what’s the best way to stay on course (at least most of the time)?

  • Learn your compass: your personal values, your desires.
  • Work with a co-pilot – a trusted healthy friend or coach to keep you on track.
  • Determine your destination. Knowing where you want to end up will help guide you along the way.
  • Start small. Begin with consistent small changes.

What Time Freedom Offers You:

Ultimately, here’s what the Time Freedom Course offers you:

Real Results, Real Change

My own journey with time freedom has been transformational. Since beginning this journey a few years ago, I went from overweight, out of shape, over-eating and over-drinking my feelings away to intentionally carving out time for me: to work out, to start my own coaching practice, to work on passion projects, to get more involved as a parent and mentor, to do more teaching shifts in the ER.

It has allowed me to treat myself with more compassion, grace and kindness— and allowed me to extend that to those around me as well. This is what this work has allowed me to create. When I was first designing this course, it felt silly to treat it as working on a “free time course,” because it was so much more—but it did start by intentionally carving out time where I was free. So, cheers to ‘Time Freedom’ and so much more. I promise this is what awaits you too.

Remember, as Dr. Edith Eger beautifully states, “Find you and keep filling it up with more you. You don’t have to work to be loved. You just have to be you.”

Are you ready:

  • To stop abandoning yourself to endless busyness?
  • To create routines that energize rather than exhaust?
  • To design a life where you’re present for what matters most?

This Time Freedom course and personalized coaching will guide you through this journey. Together, we’ll transform how you relate to time—not as something that controls you, but as your most precious resource to invest wisely. Imagine by this time next week, you could be drinking less and actually getting your workout done.

Your future self is waiting. The one who knows when to rest, when to work, when to play. The one who lives with presence and purpose. Let’s meet them together.
