As 2022 came to an end, I wanted to express some gratitude. I’m keeping it short as I just finished a streak of overnight shifts over Christmas and a quick trip up to Michigan: to my husband, family, and friends that are chosen family… I appreciate you all more than I could ever express. This year has come with sadness and loss but has also come with tremendous growth, and I’m so grateful for my friends, family, and colleagues. I can’t wait for the challenges and fun of 2023!
For a little inspiration, I wanted to share a few quotes from a book that I’m currently reading: Lighter by Yung Pueblo (follow him on Instagram for some great inspirational quotes). In the chapter on Self-Love:
