Start saving time today

I’m really excited for my new program launching October 1st. If you are a working mom feeling overworked and overwhelmed trying to juggle your family and career, you are in the right place.

This program is specifically designed for you.

It’s about finding out where your time is going, where you want it to go, and opening up time for you, guilt-free.

With enough Free Time, you can pursue the things that bring you joy and ditch the overwhelm that comes from never having enough time.

Why? Because YOU deserve good care, too.

And when our batteries are low, or empty– everything seems so much damn harder.

So here’s a sneak peak to jump start the process. P.S. Step 3 & 4 are my favorite.

Step 1. Set Time limits & Quit doom scrolling. This is perhaps one of the more common examples, so I use it first. This is one simple step that easily gives you back time. There are stats that the average American spends 4-7 hours a day on screen time, with 2.5 hours on social media/ websites. Even at my “busiest,” I found I was checking my phone way more often than I wanted. Often I was buffering boredom or anxiety. I was also “multi-tasking” but not very present in anything I was doing.

Set Time Limits for Social Media:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Or anything else you don’t really, really want in your life: not limited to cleaning the toilets, laundry, etc. Set an intentional time limit and move on. (See step 4 for additional tips).

WHY? Use your precious time on things you really care about and not because you were sucked in by the algorithm.  Without awareness, most of us have no idea how much time is being ‘taken.’
HOW? For my iPhone users: Go to SETTINGS –> Screen Time –> App Limits –> then Add Limit and choose your apps. [Non-iPhone: quick google!]

Seriously, if you are interested in freeing up some time for what gives you joy.

Pause here.

And go set whatever limits feel good for you.

Step 2. Stay Accountable.

You may decide to delete these apps altogether, but many of us aren’t quite ready for this leap. (Don’t hit ignore limit button; see how many days you can keep up that streak.)

What would you rather be doing?

Do your “want to” activities first:
15, 30, 60 minutes of yoga, mindfulness training, a push-up or sit-up challenge, playing piano, doing art, read, run, etc. If there’s time leftover and you want to scroll… it’s all yours.

For the full four tips, click here.

It will include my favorites:

Step 3. THE ART OF SAYING NO

Step 4. GOOD ENOUGH:  LET IT BE B- WORK

In my upcoming program, we’ll go into a lot more detail with simple steps that will identify where your time is going, where you want it to go, and intentionally creating space for what you want.

I can’t wait!!

Please forward to anyone who might enjoy!
