I truly believe working moms deserve to have dedicated time just for them: Discretionary time, Free time, Me time— whatever you want to call it, you deserve it. Society has glorified the role of the sacrificial mother for long enough; I think we’re all sick of moms getting the short end of the stick.
Trust me, I understand what it’s like to try to juggle family and work and feeling like you are dropping all the balls.
I also know many people may think of free time as a luxury meant for retirement, but I believe it’s fundamental to our health and happiness now. Without intentionally setting aside time to take care of yourself, it simply doesn’t happen—and suddenly years pass, with many of us overweight, deconditioned, unhappy, and resentful.
After 14 years of practicing Emergency Medicine and often seeing patients who haven’t taken the time to care for themselves–coupled with reaching my own tipping point during the pandemic, the need is clear. I’ve spent the last three years learning coaching tools and distilling them into this one course. It’s specifically designed to teach you how to open up more free time AND to take it (guilt-free!)– for what matters most to you.
