While coaching focuses on goals, accountability, mindset shifts and practical strategies, sometimes deeper support is needed. If you’re experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, these resources can connect you with licensed mental health professionals.
I think it’s important to acknowledge where you are. Greet yourself here and love on yourself. Know what support would look like in this moment. Coaching is amazing, but sometimes you need a psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist. Sometimes you need and want them all. And that’s ok. Join me if and when you are ready.
